One of the most important decisions a parent makes in their lifetime has to do with their children’s education. These are formative years, and the ways in which they interact with their teachers as well as form friendships will affect their future lives. We are maintain a nurturing environment that promotes sharp learning skills and a top-of-the-line curriculum that provides the best in education.
All classes start in April and end in March.
Admissions are open throughout the year, but are dependent on availability. We advise that you plan and complete the admission of your child in advance to avoid the rush period, as the Admissions Team reviews applications for new admissions from January each year.
We encourage you to make an appointment with our Admission Counsellors and visit our campuses in order to take your interest for admission further. During your visit to our campus, our Admission Counselors will provide you with information about our school, curricular, and extracurricular activities.
Admission Process
1. Admissions to be granted on the basis of qualifying tests and interaction made with student and their parents.
2. On the basis of performance in the admission test and interaction with students, the admissions will be catered. On successfully completing the initial admission process, admin to collect the following documents from the students for going to the next level of admissions.
3. Photocopy of birth certificate.
4. Mark sheet (from school last attended)
5. School leaving certificate duly counter signed by the state education authorities
6. Photographs (2)
7. Migration certificate (If applicable)
8. On the successful completion of the admission formalities the students will be allocated to the desired/suggested class by Principal.
Rules and Regulations
At Amna Muslim Girls Inter College, we are dedicated to fostering a nurturing, respectful, and inclusive environment that supports the academic and personal growth of our students. - Students must attend school regularly and arrive on time for all classes.
- Absences must be reported by a parent or guardian to the school in advance or as soon as possible.
2. Uniform and Dress Code
- Students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform, which should be clean and well-maintained.
- Uniform modifications should adhere to the school’s cultural and religious values.
3. Behavior and Conduct
- Students are expected to treat peers, staff, and visitors with respect and kindness.
- Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any form of aggressive behavior is strictly prohibited.
4. Classroom Conduct
- Students should come prepared for class with necessary materials and maintain focus during lessons.
- Disruptive behavior during class is not acceptable and may result in disciplinary action.
5. Respect for Property
- Students must respect school property, including classrooms, furniture, equipment, and other facilities.
- Vandalism, theft, or intentional damage to school property is subject to disciplinary action and restitution.
6. Technology Use
- Students must use school technology responsibly and in accordance with the school’s acceptable use policy.
- Accessing inappropriate content, cyberbullying, or other misuse of technology is prohibited.
7. Health and Safety
- Students must adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including emergency procedures and evacuation plans.
- Prohibited items such as weapons, drugs, and other dangerous materials are not allowed on school premises.
8. Academic Integrity
- Students must uphold academic integrity by completing their own work and citing sources correctly.
- Cheating, plagiarism, and other forms of academic dishonesty will result in disciplinary action.
9. Visitors and Volunteers
- All visitors and volunteers must check in at the school office and display proper identification.
- Unauthorized access to student areas is not permitted.
10. Extracurricular Activities
- Students participating in extracurricular activities must adhere to the guidelines set by the supervising teacher or coach.
- Sportsmanship and teamwork are expected in all sports and activities.
11. Disciplinary Procedures
- Violations of these rules and regulations may result in disciplinary action such as warnings, detentions, suspensions, or expulsions based on the severity and frequency of the infraction.
